CV. Java Agro Mandiri (JAVARI) is an agriculture company in Banyumas. We focus on organic oconut sugar and coconut derivatives product. The Majority people in Banyumas are coconut farmers. We are born and grow in Banyumas, we do know how our society is. We aims to improve farmers quality of life here. That is why we built Javari. We are dedicated to develop and improve our coconut farmers.

We invite farmers to mainatiin the purity and quality of sugar to produce the best quality coconut sugar. We use methods that are sustainable and empower local communities. Working with nature makes us pay more attention and care to the environment. We only use environmentally friendly methods in our production.

Our coconut farmers use a centuries-old technique to provide us with this healthy sweetener, which in turn ensures a steady source of income for their community. Coconut Sugar gives these farmers the potential for a better life. This is a unique tradition of the Javanese and they are known to produce the best quality Coconut Sugar. It pays tribute to the region’s proud farming heritage and integrates this with modern standards of quality control.

Misconception

Coconut sugar is sometimes confused with Brown, Aren, or Arenga Sugar to the naked eye. Arenga sugar is another type of sweetener that derives from a different kind of palm tree (Arenga Pinnata) and yield a very distinctly different product. Arenga wears a much darker brown colour, sometimes appearing black-tinted (thus its common name in some places, ‘Black Sugar Palm’); coconut sugar owns a brown that ranges from bright yellow to reddish brown. In aroma, coconut sugar also displays caramel aroma notes not found in Arenga Sugar. The same caramel notes in sweetness is found in coconut sugar that are not found in Arenga sugar.
